The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence apparatus competence, internal control systems, organizational commitment community participation on village fund management accountability. This research method uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) or Library Research library approach. reference source obtained from 20 journals published through Google Scholar database. results show that have an effect accountability managing funds. implications findings are encourage accountable increasing competency officials, government commitment, participation.
